2 Corinthians 5:21
For our sake he made him be sin who knew no sin so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
(Christmas is the celebration of the birth of God's rebuttal to sin - Jesus lived a perfect sinless life so He could become the sacrifice for our sins.
As John, the Baptist said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world." Jesus took our sin & gave us His righteousness for anyone who would receive Him as their sin-bearer.
He is our Savior, born so He could die for me & you. Jesus The Christ, is our Merry! O let us adore Him, Him Christ the Lord! Have you received the greatest gift ever given to humanity?)
